  2. 70 gr azúcar
  3. 2 huevos
  4. 80 gr mantequilla (a temperatura . Ambiente)
  5. 145 ml agua tibia
  6. 30 gr levadura fresca
  7. 2 cucharaditas sal

  1. En el bol de la amasadora poner la harina, la sal y el azúcar
  2. Calentamos ligeramente el agua para disolver la levadura y añadimos a la harina. Amasamos (si es con máquina poner el gancho amasador)
  3. Añadir los huevos y seguir amasando hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes y la masa se vea flexible.
  4. Añadir poco a poco la mantequilla y seguir amasando a velocidad media hasta que veamos que la masa está suave y elástica
  5. Poner en un bol untado ligeramente con aceite y tapar con film transparente. Dejaremos fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño
  6. Una vez fermentada pondremos sobre la mesa ligeramente espolvoreada de harina y con cuidado le quitaremos el aire haciendo una bola poco a poco.
  7. Ahora dividiremos la masa en 8 partes y formaremos las bolas que iremos poniendo en una bandeja de horno (siempre con papel horno debajo) Dejaremos fermentar de nuevo (hay que taparlas con film)
  8. Una vez que hayan aumentado el volumen, pintaremos con huevo y meteremos al horno durante 10 minutos aprox.
  9. Una vez fuera del horno sólo nos quedará rellenarlas de nata, chocolate, crema….
