  4. Añadimos después el majado y el arroz y lo sofreímos 5 minutos con el fuego no muy fuerte para que no se pegue.
  5. Cuando el arroz está suelto y se vaya dorando echamos el agua, el vino, la cúrcuma, rectificamos de sal y contamos 8 minutos desde que empiece a hervir.
  6. Añadimos las gambas (pueden ser enteras o peladas) y dejamos todo 5 minutos más.
  7. Apartamos y dejamos reposar 5 minutos antes de servir.
