  4. 3 láminas gelatina
  5. 400 ml leche

Lo primero que haremos será triturar las galletas, podéis utilizar un procesador de alimentos, pero si no tenéis, ponéis las galletas en una bolsa y las trituráis con la ayuda de un rodillo o una botella. Las trituramos hasta que queden muy finas. Una vez trituradas, las añadimos en un recipiente.
  2. Ahora añadimos en un bol, una cucharada de mantequilla y la derretimos en el microondas.
  3. Incorporamos poco a poco la mantequilla derretida con las galletas trituradas y mezclamos bien, nos debería quedar algo parecido a la arena de playa mojada.
  4. Añadimos las galletas trituradas en un molde, repartimos bien por toda la base y apretamos ligeramente para que quede más compacto. Después lo metemos en el congelador unos 10 o 15 minutos.
  5. Ponemos en un recipiente con agua fría 3 láminas de gelatina a hidratar.
  6. En un cazo o cazuela, añadimos los 3 yogures y los vamos calentando a fuego medio, removemos de vez en cuando.
  7. Añadimos la leche junto con los yogures y seguimos removiendo.
  8. Cuando la gelatina ya está hidratada, (en 5 minutos ya debería estarlo) la escurrimos y la añadimos a la mezcla del yogur y leche y removemos.
  9. Ahora, apartamos del fuego y dejamos que se enfríe un poco. Después añadimos la mezcla de los yogures al molde con las galletas trituradas.
  10. Dejamos enfriar en la nevera mínimo unas 4 o 5 horas. Y ya estaría lista esta tarta de yogur.
