  6. Mientras se rehogan las patatas, vamos trocear en trozos medianos los níscalos. Hoy lo estoy haciendo con níscalos, pero si no tenéis podéis usar cualquier seta que tengáis. Añadimos los níscalos a la cazuela, añadimos también sal al gusto, opcionalmente añadimos una guindilla cayena troceada, le ponemos un vaso de vino blanco, una cucharadita de pimentón, una cucharada de salsa de tomate y rehogamos conjuntamente unos 5 minutos.
  7. A continuación añadimos agua (o caldo) hasta cubrir, también le ponemos una pizca de sal y un par de hojas de laurel. Ponemos la tapa a la cazuela y dejamos que se cocine a fuego medio unos 20 o 25 minutos. Y ya estaría listo nuestro guiso de patatas con níscalos.
