    Remojamos el pan con la leche.
  2. El atún lo picamos muy menudito, o con cuchillo o con picadora.

  6. Con la mezcla de atún formamos dos rollos medianos o uno grande (yo hice 4). Enharinamos y freímos en aceite. Sacamos y reservamos.
  7. En una olla freímos la cebolla hasta que esté pochada, cuando veamos que cambia de color añadimos el majado y el vino que ha sobrado, damos unas vueltas y colocamos encima los rollos.
  8. Tapamos y dejamos a fuego suave 1 hora aproximadamente. Sin apagar la olla sacamos los rollos y los dejamos enfriar para poder cortar en rodajas de 1 cm. Las cebollas las pasamos por la batidora y devolvemos a la olla. Añadimos un poco de agua si la vemos muy densa.
  9. Ponemos de nuevo dentro el atún, dejamos 5 minutos al fuego tapado, luego apagamos y dejamos reposar antes de servir.
