- Cubrimos con más masa hasta 3/4 del molde.
- Repetimos esto en todos los moldes, los filmamos y los congelamos.
- A la hora de servir precalentamos el horno a 200° y los ponemos hasta que el bizcocho suba un poco por encima del borde del molde. Unos 12 minutos aproximadamente. Pero esto es muy relativo porque cada horno es un mundo. Os aconsejo que hagáis la prueba primero con uno solo y vais probando los tiempos.
- Con ayuda de una puntilla despegamos de los bordes con mucho cuidado y desmoldamos poniendo el plato encima y dando la vuelta rápido. Hay que tener cuidado de no quemarnos con el molde y ser delicado para que no se rompa.
- Podemos espolvorear con azúcar glass y/o acompañar con helado
