- Precalentamos el horno a 180°.
Espolvoreamos canela sobre las peras que cubren el fondo del mold. Vertemos la mezcla y lo metemos en el horno. Bajamos la temperatura a 160° y dejamos que se haga durante 50 minutos, sin abrir el horno durante ese tiempo.
A los 50 minutos comprobamos si ya está hecho pinchándolo con un palillo. Si no lo estuviese, lo dejamos unos 10 minutos más - Sacamos el bizcocho del horno y dejamos que se enfríe.
Cuandonya esté frío lo desmoldamos dándole la vuelta, de manera que las peras que estaban en el fondo queden ahora arriba.
Quitamos el papel de horno y ¡¡a merendar!!.
