  3. Cubrimos con paños secos y dejamos reposar 5 h dentro del horno apagado, pues es un lugar seco y con una temperatura agradable para la fermentación.
  4. Pasado el tiempo, habrán aumentado notablemente de tamaño. Pintarlas con huevo y azúcar. Es hora de hornearlas. 120ºC, hasta que veamos que se van dorando. Yo las hice en horno de leña. 🪵
  5. Una vez hechas, las podemos coronar con el famoso pollito. ¡Y LISTO!
