- Retiramos el pollo, bajamos el fuego y añadimos todas las verduras.Salpimentanos, cocinamos y pochamos a fuego medio, cuando estén listas, añadimos las 2 cucharadas de harina, removemos para que no se queme. Pasados 2 minutos, añadimos un chorro de la cerveza y desglasamos el fondo para que no se pegue y se queme
- Volveremos a introducir el pollo en la cazuela, vertemos toda la cerveza restante y añadimos una cucharadita de romero y otra de tomillo. Dejaremos cocinar a fuego medio unos 40 o 50 minutos, depende del tamaño de las piezas del pollo
- Vamos a preparar las patatas, yo utilicé patatas de guarnición, las lavamos y cortamos a la mitad. Yo las dejo con la piel. Salamos y echamos una cucharadita de aceite. Las metemos en la airfryer durante 18 minutos a 200°. Cuando al pollo le queden 10 minutos, las añadimos a la cazuela y removemos para que cojan el sabor de la salsa.
