  1. Se saca la mantequilla del frigorífico. Se uiliza un pizca para engrasar el el molde (20 cm) y se recubre con papel de hornear.
    Se recomienda mejor poner en las paredes acetato.
  2. Se derrite el chocolate. A pesar de la temperatura media de mi casa, recurrí al baño maría.
  3. Se trocean las galletas y se mezclan en un robot de cocina con la mantequilla. En un recipiente se aúnan los ingredientes hasta crear una especie de arena. Se construye la base de la tarta colocándola en el molde y ejerciendo presión con ayuda de un vaso o de una espátula. Se introduce en el congelador.
  4. Se quitan los tallos de las fresas y con una batidora de mano se trituran.
  5. Se monta la nata y se va integrando con el queso crema y el puré de fresa. (La nata no estaba lo suficientemente fría...)
    La receta original de Eva Arguiñano contiene azúcar glas. El año pasado me resultó algo empalagoso, por lo que probé si el dulzor que aportaba el chocolate era suficiente. Para mi gusto lo fue.
  6. Metí la mezcla en el molde y lo guardé en el congelador.
  7. La receta de Eva Arguiñano añade almendra garrapiñada. Como no la encontré en el supermercado de referencia, opté por comprar almendra cruda en trozos y la tosté en una sartén.
  8. Esperé dos horas para decorarla. Recorte un círculo de papel de horno. Incorporé la almendra.
  9. Quité el papel del horno. Y realicé la decoración con fresones.
  10. Se guarda en el congelador un día para otro o al menos creo que decía la creadora seis horas. Se puede hacer un día y consumirla días después.
