- Ahora agrega el jamón, la sal, el azúcar, la albahaca (opcional) y la pimienta. Pon otra vez el recipiente varoma en su sitio y programa 12 min/ varoma/ vel 1.
- Quitamos el varoma, abrimos el vaso y echamos las gambas troceadas. Mezclamos 4 seg/ vel 3.
Sacamos de vaso y mezclamos poco a poco con la bechamel preparada. - Pon las berenjenas en una bandeja o fuente, que pueda ir al horno, con la piel hacia abajo, rellena los huecos con el contenido de la mezcla y espolvorea encima con queso rallado..
