  5. Pasados 5 minutos, añadimos agua hasta cubrir y un poco más, añadimos sal al gusto y con la tapa de la cazuela puesta dejamos que se cocine a fuego medio durante 20 minutos. Si queréis, en lugar de agua podéis añadir caldo de verduras.
  6. Pasado ese tiempo, incorporamos un par de quesitos, esto es opcional, pero creo que le da un toque muy interesante a la crema.
  7. Trituramos todo bien hasta obtener una crema sin grumos. Dejamos 5 minutos más a fuego medio y ya estaría lista esta estupenda crema de calabacín.
